[Coco] mouse on sdlmess (linux)

I don't see any settings in MESS that distinguish between USB pointers and 
direct connects. There is a setting for mice vs joysticks and keyboard vs 
anything else.

You may need to look at the source code MESS uses for the Coco input to see if 
USB is possible.
