[Coco] Speed comparison of Coco emulators

Any emulator on a remotely modern PC will complete any task much more
quickly than a coco 3 (unless artificially limited for emulation
purposes).  Unrestricted MESS or Vcc is in the realms of hundreds of times
quicker than real hardware.
