[Coco] 80 column pak prototype

When I had my coco3, I drilled 2 small holes on either side of the slot of
the computer case, 2 matching holes on the mpi case, and used small bolts
and nuts (with lock-washers). That eliminated the chance of the computer
and mpi moving separately. If you had that board then, and I knew about it,
I would have bought one. That was 89-93, so I don't know if you had them or
not.
