[Coco] Another Coco Virtual Disk Util

Found another one. When I drag a vhd image file to the EmuDisk icon and
drop it, EmuDisk opens the image, but the Disk menu is deactivated. I have
to use the Open item in the File menu to get an active Disk menu.

Also, do you have any instruction for using the command line options? And
how to set EmuDisk up to open specified image files when I start it up?
