There is documentation for DW3DOS on the Cloud 9 webpage where the
.zip is found, although it is only a few sentences because there is
very little to document.

You do not need to use the .trk files at all.  Simply install or flash
the DW3DOS rom as instructed on the web page and turn on the CoCo.
Provided you have a bootable disk in drive 0, the CoCo will boot from
it.
