[Coco] CoCo Cassette Relay (Remote)

Chad,
I more or less do as you do, If I have a program that won't run under hdbdos, I just save it to real disk or cassette and run it under RSDOS. Some will work with hdbdos in rom, but not with hdbdos loaded into ram. I don't have an hdbdos rom, so they crash anyway.
I have to load hdbdos from disk ot tape as this is determined by which Coco (1 or 3) my disk controller is plugged into that day. I really need to get 2 drives running good so I can put drives on both Cocos. I have 4 different controllers, but all of the 6 working drives pick random days in which only 1 of the 6 will work properly. So I usually stick with the 1 that works the most which is a 3.5 80trk. Right here lately, it doesn't want to work. I guess I'll end up buying a couple of drives from Mark before long. These drives have seen better days and all but 3 were flooded or subjected to high moisture during hurricane floyd. The other 3 seem to all show the same symptoms, they only work if a slight pressure is applied to the power cable on the drive. Most likely cracked solder joints.

Ohhhh...memory less fuzzy now. I "retired" that version for 2 reasons..

1. Keyboard re-peat rate thingy was wayyyy to sensitive on my CoCo.
2. Did not support DriveWire 4 Turbo :)

Chad, you're confusing yourself (and others) with improper naming... He is
referring to the DW3dos.rom NOT the hdbdw3ccx.rom (x being the Coco model)).
They are 2 completely different monsters. hdbdos is NOT the "dw rom" it's
the "hdbdw3ccx.rom" though the hdbdw3ccx.rom has dw capabilities.
There is an actual DW3DOS.rom that does not contain hdbdos. You can download
it from Cloud9's site.
I don't know all the specifics on that rom as I don't use it. And I have yet
to find the documentation to this set of roms.

OK I just tested this and it does work with the HDB-DOS based DW ROM. Is
this a patched version of the game? It does NOT work with the BIN I had.

I just load Zaxxon with DW here without any issues. Try using this image:
