hi i actually found that my chip is labeled as crt9128-000. So the P stands for plastic.
i found several old stock suppliers from china. waiting a sample to arrive.

This page says the -000P is a microprocessor, although I wouldn't
trust it too much:

Googling "CRT9128-000P video" shows mostly this very thread plus what
I think is your quotation request.
