[Coco] Now using VCC as well as MESS

The information for using virtual serial ports with dw4 on
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/drivewireserver/index.php?title=OS9_Modules,
under the Virtual Serial Ports section, says:

The driver for all virtual serial port functionality, including virtual
modems and TCP/IP networking, is *scdwn.dr*. The device descriptors for
virtual serial ports work a little differently than typical OS9 devices.
You'll need the pseudo device /N, which is loaded using the descriptor
n_scdwn.dd, and also one or more channel descriptors, n1_scdwn.dd through
n14_scdwn.dd. Channel descriptors must be sequential, starting with 1, but
you may include as many or as few as you would like.

All I find on the image I downloaded today is *scdwv.dr*, not *scdwn.dr*,
and all 13 descriptors (not 14) are named nx_*scdwv*.dd where x is 1-13.
Are these scdwv versions the same thing as the scdwn versions named in the
document on sourceforge?
