[Coco] Now using VCC as well as MESS

There is something else happening here I do not understand. I copied the
dwio_becker.sb file to the rbf dir, edited the bootlist file to include it,
recreated my boot disk, copied the dw command to my CMDS dir, and when I
type dw (any command) all I get is the module not found error, and DW4
shows me having the dw4_extras.os9 (I renamed the image since os9 does not
like .dsk extensions) in /X0. Is there something I am missing?
