You need the Virtual MC-10 Emulator:

C10TOWAV is now included with Virtual MC-10 emulator
Converts Virtual MC-10 .C10 files to WAV so you can record them to tape and 
use on a MC-10!!

Cool. But not sure how to get the convert.c10 program over to the CoCo in a 
way that I can use it. I tried adding to a disk with drivewire but it 
doesn't run when I load it and then do EXEC.
