[Coco] Trouble in Cyberspace

Same thing happens on my Compaq Presario V6000 machine running Windows 8.1
and Google Chrome 31, but after switching to MSIE 11, WebRing does not appear.

The following website works on my Windows 7 computer, but not from my
Windows Vista computer.

When I run from Vista the website come up for a moment and then a page with
WebRing at the top replaces it.

What can we do to save cyberspace?
