[Coco] I have a TV hooked up!

In the Rainbow there once was a hack for making any CoCo2 game become
"artifacted" on a CM-8 monitor. It didn't always work, though...

Anyways, I grew up with a PAL system so I never had those neat colour
artifacts. :-(
