[Coco] NitrOS-9 / OS-9 hi-res mouse support

Allen,

The keyboard/joystick modularization took place in the OS-9 Level 2 Upgrade days, I think Kevin Darling and company came up with that.

The joydrv module is responsible for joystick and mice behavior, including the hires mouse.

Glad to see you're getting into this!
