[Coco] OS-9 Floppy

On my way to a future release multiple discs, Lotus Magellan 2.0 styleBut even I have to make it work well with a single disc.
I'm in the process of creating a new virtual disk, which was easy at first, but if you want to format the OS is more difficult, especially with OS9/Nitros9.
