There was a significant online world in the early CoCo days.  CompuServe's
CoCo SIG was the preeminent spot you could dial into, though access could
get expensive if you used it a lot.  There were also quite a few CoCo
BBSs.  We tend to forget there was an "online" before there was an Internet.
