[Coco] LWTOOLS lwasm blues: "ERROR: Cannot resolve line address"

Thanks. LWASM is still my preferred assembler. If anyone has the 4.7 win64
binaries, you are welcome to send them to me. Otherwise, I guess I am gonna
have to go through the fuzz of installing mingw etc.
