[Coco] [COCO} VCC 1.43beta release

Yes, installing the MPI.dll does fix it.  But version 1.42 boots with 
MPI.dll already running.
I just got use to never needing to install the MPI.dll in the first 
place.  (And never seen the menu without the floppy option before.)
