[Coco] [COCO} VCC 1.43beta release

Yeah, I may have fudged the .ini file in the installer a little, I
noticed that it seems to have forgotten about some of it's hardware.
As Brian explained you can click load on an slot and choose the .dll
for the hardware you'd like, they are all there.

Maybe we can fix that :)
