That does seem to be the case.

And to think, we were optimistically just hoping it would be around until 2000. I had buttons/t-shirts for sale that said stuff like "Proudly taking obsolescence into the next century"...

And funny enough, the time between THEN and NOW is longer than the time I went to my first CoCoFEST (1990, Atlanta) and THEN.

We are running a marathon, not a sprint, it seems!
