[Coco] Curious DECB File o bytes

I think you can make a significant improvement, while maintaining backwards compativilidad
propose
Undelete, not using the deleted entries, deleted granules, for compatibility would be marked deleted,
but as we have 256 bytes in fat and only use 68 we can take another 68 bytes for granules erased,
so programs that do not know this modification will still see free granules.

There is always the possibility that a fat double delete this program but it is a risk you can take.
You can also copy the sector 2 track 17 (FAT) to sector 1
Mark the first letter of the name, okay, not serious, whenever possible they would use new entries and new granules,
if filled beyond inlet 60 will start to reuse the deleted, if we use 128 or 256 entries and not be compatible with other programs
that would not see the entries after the 68 or 72 (full field)

With the 16 bytes of dir can do 2 things or more entries dir or put dates
1st granule if file = or bytes, with 255 trademark
Disc name, date created, date last recording after the fat

Dir entries 128 or 256 if not used the 16 bytes reserved (not supported)
or use them for creation date, last modification date (could be compatible)

Also spare a byte of bytes used in the last sector we will see it is used, the flag could be used to protect files (read only), make deletions, and other Exec Only
These changes in the DOS, would not affect anyone (supposedly)

Allow: UNDELETE, disc name, date of disc and files,
copy of fat, not spending granules in files with 0 bytes, and would remain
compatible.
