[Coco] Bill Gates and CoCo BASIC assembly book

Don't think the book ever came to be. Would love to be wrong about this one
though.

TIm Linder has a post on his 'frankendiary' blog with the Unravelled source
code series, closest thing to source code coming straight from Gates & Co:
