[Coco] VCC Color antifact

Hi,

Great!

Now all we need is a very experienced Windows DirectX programmer to step up 
and take over VCC development.

With our growing numbers there "might" be someone qualified to prove to the 
person who "might" allow this.

PM me if you think you are qualified, the original author "might" have been 
paid like Jeff Vavasour was with a ~ $10,000 bonus to start developing the 
first CoCo3 emulator and collected more with each copy sold.
