Couldn't agree more on this point!

I think Steve hit the nail on the head. Most customers are older generation 
who don't know where else to buy their wares. They get fleeced once and are 
not likely to return. One day they'll run out of clueless customers and the 
mobile (aka cell) phone market won't be enough to prop them up.
