I've optimized and ClearScan OCR'ed most of the Rainbows.  The result
is an easier to read file that is about 10% of the size.
I uploaded several years worth to malted media, along with many OS-9
manuals, but I'm not sure where they ended up, if anywhere.  If you'd
like I can try to send them to your site, they save quite a bit of
space and bandwidth.
