[Coco] Howto for Altera DE1?

You need the DE1 Control Panel application that is shipped with the board. 
Simply select the "Flash" tab, then "Chip Erase". Next under "Sequential 
Write" select the "File Length" check box, then select the ROM file using 
"Write a File to FLASH". Done.

Gary's Coco3FPGA User's Guide (PDF) describes the switches (and lots of 
other useful info). v1.1 doesn't mention any drivewire switches though... no 
idea of there is a later version of the document.
