[Coco] Vcc and real floppy disks

The main problem with VCC and real floppy disks is the inability to 
select the front or back side (ie change heads) when a disk has been 
used on the Coco as two singles rather than a double. While this may be 
a function of fdrawcmd.sys rather than VCC it is annoying.
