[Coco] Coco3 Operator problem

Well I got back in the computer room last night really had trouble
looking up error report numbers while playing with OS9.

I have a almost everything working but I can't seem to
figure out the command lines to copy a file from floppy
to my two CF units.

I have the adapter in Cloud9 SuperIDE unit with his
NitrosO9 and HDB-DOS 1.1

When in HDB-DOS what is the command line to
copy a 5.25 in floppy to a CF virtual floppy?

If you prefer, off List is ok with me.
