I have the 4-in-1 board and the EPROM programmer.  I also used the MEB
to control a stepper motor from a hacked-up full-height floppy drive.  I
think I wrote to a latch and used that to drive the step and direction
bits on the drive's controller board.  The MEB makes it really easy to
interface your own goodies.
