John, that's an incredible offer.  I get in to OHare very early on Saturday 
morning, but I don't mind at all waiting there until a decent hour.  Please 
don't put yourself out at all.  I do a fair bit of traveling and I always 
bring a lot of reading material on my trips.  I'll give you a call when the 
date gets closer.  I would love to pay for gas, or pay for your dinner to 
repay the kindness.
