I'm surprised the ground just doesn't collapse completely in Texas 
with all of the oil pumps everywhere.  They're literally... 
everywhere.  In the back parking lot of McDonalds?  No problem... oil 
pump.  But then again, maybe the plates beneath can't shift easily 
without oil.  heheh.
