[Coco] xmodem padding

You could always use dEd to shorten the file. It is very easy to see the 
padding with dEd and it is simple to change the length of a file with dEd.

On the other hand, you could use an OS-9 program that does ymodem. On 
the Coco, these seem to be more like batch xmodem routines but they 
don't add padding to files.
