To be fair, Mr Hex Star was probably not subscribed to this list when the 
first discussions about the Rainbow Scanning Project were written.

The fact of the matter is that the scanning project is being done under the 
strict control of FalSoft vz copyright.

As I understand it, the DVD copies when they become available will not be 
free, and may not be distributed by anyone other than the persons who agreed 
to the details of the copyright issues, and actually did the scanning. 
Royalties are payable to Falsoft for this priveledge.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please.
