[Coco] [Color Computer] need info on the basic commands INP and OUT

I/O ports are a Z80 or related CPU family thing.  

The 6809, 6502 and many other processors use memory mapped I/O.
Instead of using IN or OUT you POKE or PEEK to the memory address of
the hardware to directly access it from BASIC.
