I had a brief exposure to VM/CMS. I remember many of MY 'conversations' 
being liberally sprinkled with curse words!

FWIW, I never had a problem with MVS.  I love JCL and Cobol, actually
have taught classes on them.  The Unix-based system that I work on now
is a snail compared to the batch-based stuff I used to do on the IBMs.
...and IMO, VMS is so much better than Unix.
