[Coco] [Color Computer] A VGA adaptor for the Coco 3

Hello,

I have a old VGA monitor I want to use for the Coco 3 system I have.  
Does anyone know where I can get such a device if so how much?

Also are the 3 1/4 floppies in a old Tandy 1000 HX usable with a Coco 
floppy system?

Please let me know.
