OS-9 has commands to handle .dsk files. I would be somewhat surprised
if HDB-DOS doesn't include a OS-9 utiltity to read/write the floppy
partitions?

With all the SCSI and IDE removable hard-drive things around (ZIP
disks, syquests, CF, etc) I'm surprised no one has 1) written a
coco utility to parse DOS partition tables and 2)expanded the old
PCDOS utility to handle FAT16 and long filenames.
