[Coco] RTSI Archive CD

 Hello COCO Users
 
 I purchased  the RTSI Archive  CD with all the coco
 programs at Coco Fest several years ago and want to use some of the
files.
 
My question: How do I get the programs that are on the CD and PC to a
coco floppy
disk?
 
 So far I've not used any of the coco Emulators.
 
 All help will be appreciated.
