Excellent point!  My main thrust for this is PDF's of scanned images and
the files from the Rainbow on Tape and Rainbow on Disk media.  If someone
would not pay for the product if it lacked OCR they may not want to assume
their $36  will cover the eventuality of an OCR package.  If the initial
DVDs do not have OCR'd text the next set that did would be an additional
cost - no free upgrades as per Lonnie Falk.
