[Coco] Serial to USB adaptor compatible with CoCo?

I seem to recall that KA9Q was ported to Coco, should be on RTSI.

That includes the TCP/IP stack, probably it would run a CSLIP connection
over the RS232 pack (I wouldn't even want to think about PPP overhead on
a 6809)?

Serial to USB adapter would only be necessary on the PC side if the
computer doesn't already have a serial port.
