[Coco] RGB monitor

The specs indicate that the input should be 0.7V p-p 75 ohm terminated. 
The Coco3 specs are 1V p-p output (although the manual is ambiguous) so 
you may need to decrease the Coco output signal. Small resistors in 
series with the cable work nicely if needed.
