[Coco] [Color Computer] OS-9 Guys, How do you use your system?

I noticed that many of you have hopped up CoCo 3 systems with 
megabytes of RAM, 6309 chips, and Nitrous.  But what do you do with 
all this power?  Do you still play games on it?  Word processing?  
Budgeting?
