No it doesnt. On my Xp system I copy dsk images to a 1.44 floppy. Then I use
a win98 boot disk. Once the system is booted to the dos prompt I copy dskini
to the C: ram drive. It's C because my hard drive is NTFS and not seen by
win98. Then I insert the 1.44 floppy with the dsk files and make the disks
to the 5.25 b: drive. Works like a charm. Of course you need access to a
win98 computers control panel to create the boot floppy.
