FWIW, there a Coco drive (the old 3022 - 12 Volt model) on eBay going for $7
with controller.

Just cut a piece of card or heavy paper the size of the floppy with a hole
in the center.

Yes, ship with the door closed.

Small white return address labels will suffice for the WP stickers.
