[Coco] Portal-9 cassette image format

In addition to Portal-9's ability to assemble to virtual ROMs and virtual 
floppy disks, I am going to add a cassette output feature that will 
instantly create a .wav file and optionally call up WMP to play it.

You'll be able to feed your PC's audio out into the CoCo's cassette audio 
in and CLOAD or CLOADM your software.  Ofcourse, you'll know your programs 
will work long before this because the M.E.S.S. emulator will fire up and 
run your software from the PC.
