[Coco] Portal-9 1.59 beta

I just uploaded version 1.59 of the Portal-9 6809/6309 IDE for 
Windows.  You can get it at www.coco3.com/ind_6809dev.htm.

The bug that was fixed should allow Windows users who have their folder 
preferences set to "hide extensions for known file types" to use the IDE 
without trouble.

For those who are using 1.57 or 1.58 and already have their setting in 
Windows to show filename extensions won't need this update, since nothing 
else has been changed.

As always, registered users can download the latest update and use their 
registration key.
