[Coco] Nitros9 and the '86 GIME

Oh! Now everyone is discovering the Nitros-9 boot problems that I was
experiencing over a month ago! So I wasn't crazy.   :)


When I first started playing with the latest Nitros-9 downloads, I couldn't
get it to boot until I changed the GIME from '86 to '87?

Normal OS-9 worked with the '86 GIME.

I am still having trouble formatting floppy disks under nitros-9 (both 6809
& 6309 versions). This seems to be a problem with PAL based CoCo3's. They
have a slightly different timing.

It seems to be a timing issue with Nitros-9 causing the incompatibilities
with the various CoCo3 hardware configurations.
