Actually, Chris released his stuff as shareware. All proceeds that
Glenside has received has been forwarded back to him. The recipients of
the software do not have to send Glenside the funds, they can send them
directly to Chris, per the shareware agreement. If I may quote myself
from last May...

Most of the original packages that Chris sent Glenside have already been
re-distributed. Some have been returned to Chris at his request. He had
plans to make them availible through a website and needed copies because
he could not find some of his stuff after a move. You can contact him at
