[Coco] Oblique Triad copy protection analysis

Hi,

I have updated my Coco Copy Protection Analysis web site 
at userpages.umbc.edu/~jriddle1.

The biggest change is the addition of the analysis of 
Oblique Triad's copy protection scheme.  

Next week I'll have an analysis of the "newer" Sundog 
protection (the one where track 0 is not standard format).
