[Coco] Drive speed incompatibilities

Just to refresh your memory on the command syntax, here is a quote from the Disk
Basic owner's manual. "If you only have one drive, specify it as the source
drive. The computer will prompt you to switch disks as it makes the backup
copy." Which means the command would be BACKUP 0
