I remember begging Rick Cooper years ago for the specs for NIB.  Never 
got'em.  P-3 would not view or convert those CFDM 
pictures.  Sigh.  However, since Projector-3 will be available as a 
Portal-9 IDE project, anyone can take full control of P-3, write new 
drivers, etc. and rebuild their own version.  I'm sure somebody will figure 
out the NIB format eventually... and JPEG.
